But in our opinion, those things aren’t the most notable accomplishments of Futuristic’s career, it’s the fact that he did all of this as an independent artist hailing from, and remaining in Arizona. It’s typical and somewhat expected for independent artists to take their talents to a city better known for music, like Los Angeles, New York, or Nashville, but for Futuristic, staying in the valley and “putting on for his city” has been his most impressive feat. His love for the valley is evident in the way he helps other independent artists and builds community through local collaborations and his many entrepreneurial endeavors.
